State Promising Practice: Indiana Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) On-the-Job Training (OJT) Pilot
About
Indiana will discuss a pilot project that they launched with a local workforce development board to increase TAA OJTs. The pilot’s purpose was to determine what interventions will work to increase TAA OJT opportunities for TAA participants. Indiana will share their initial observations from the pilot including how high rates of co-enrollment with Title I, Dislocated Worker, and leveraging that partnership with business services can create more OJT opportunities for TAA participants.
