The Resource is designed to support grantees in successfully understanding, preparing, and submitting the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration’s Participant Individual Record Layout reports (ETA-9172). This latest release includes the following new topics: setting performance targets; data quality; data validation; reporting schedules; participants and reportable individuals; participant cohorts; and common exit and co-enrollment.
