The TAA NPRM is released and open for comment. The NPRM and commenting instructions are available at the link in “Related Content.” Send comments on or before December 9, 2019.

In addition and simultaneously, an information collection (IC) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), described in Section V.D. of the TAA NPRM Preamble will be open for a public comment period of 60 days (comment period closes on January 6, 2020) under a separate docket number (search using Docket Number ETA-2019-0010).
